These terms apply to the $99 personalised meal plan purchased online from Starling Nutrition.

Price & delivery
The price is $99 Australian dollars, including GST. Payment is made securely through Stripe.
Your personalised meal plan will normally be delivered to the email address provided within 5 business days after payment.
Refunds
- If you cancel before preparation of your meal plan has started, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Once preparation has started, Phoebe may approve a 50% refund at her reasonable discretion, taking into account the work already completed and the circumstances of the request.
- To request a cancellation or refund, email [email protected] as soon as possible and include the email address used for your order.
Dietary needs & preferences
Phoebe will prepare your meal plan around the dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances you disclose in the questionnaire. Please provide complete and accurate information so these needs can be built into your plan.
Your stated food preferences, dislikes and goals will also be incorporated wherever they are compatible with your dietary needs and a nutritionally appropriate, practical plan. Phoebe will use her professional judgement when selecting the specific meals and ingredients that best meet that brief.
Minor modifications
Minor modifications that remain within the original scope of your questionnaire can be made at no additional cost.
Phoebe will determine, in her reasonable professional discretion, whether a requested change is minor. A substantial change to your goals, dietary requirements or the original brief may require a consultation or an additional fee, which will be discussed with you before any further work begins.
