Meet Phoebe
I'm an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist here on Brisbane's Northside. My own interest in nutrition and gut health is what first drew me to this work, and seeing the difference the right, personalised advice can make sparked a real passion for helping others.
Over the past 12 years I've supported people with IBS, weight concerns, diabetes, high cholesterol and autoimmune diseases. I take the time to really understand you: your body, your lifestyle and the things you enjoy, and build advice around that.

I will collect relevant health, nutrition and lifestyle information to ensure advice is customised to you.
You leave your first session feeling empowered, with achievable changes that suit your life.
Depending on your needs, follow-ups might be weekly or monthly as we refine things together.
As your confidence grows, check-ins become less frequent, perhaps every 3 to 6 months for accountability.

An Accredited Practising Dietitian has four years of university training and is accredited with Dietitians Australia, with expertise in managing conditions like diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, IBS, food allergies and intolerances, coeliac disease and IBD. A Nutritionist has training in general healthy-eating advice. Phoebe is both a Nutritionist and a Dietitian.
No referral needed. If you have a chronic health condition you may be eligible for a Chronic Disease Management Plan through Medicare. Have a chat with your GP. If you have private health, it may cover part of your consult (you can't claim through both Medicare and private health).
