Phoebe will collate relevant health, nutrition and lifestyle information to ensure advice is customised to your individual needs. Depending on your condition and health goals you will receive education, councelling, information sheets, meal plans, recipes and more to put you on the path towards feeling good.
Follow up appointments run for 30 minutes.
Touching base regularly will allow for refinement of strategies and building upon previous goals. Depending on your health condition further education and dietary investigation may be part of your follow up sessions.
