Hi, I’m Phoebe

I am a accredited practising dietitian with almost 10 years’ experience in the field of nutrition and dietetics. My passion for good food and healthy living has led me to pursue a career in nutrition, and I have dedicated my life to helping people achieve optimal health through balanced nutrition. With a career spanning 20 years in health, I have developed a deep understanding of the importance of nutrition in achieving optimal health and wellness.


At my home practice, I offer personalised nutrition counselling services tailored to the unique needs and goals of my clients. I understand that everyone’s dietary preferences are different, which is why I work closely with each client to develop a customized nutrition plan that works for them. My goal is to empower my clients to make healthy choices that fit into their busy lifestyles, and to support them every step of the way as they work towards achieving their health goals. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, manage a chronic condition, investigate food intolerances or simply improve your overall health, I am here to help.

My Background

I started out in the fascinating area of adverse food reactions – supporting people with allergies, intolerances and coeliac disease. I have a special interest in supporting those with IBS – as a sufferer myself I know first-hand the difficulty of juggling flexibility in food choice with managing symptoms.

I’ve supported clients in all stages of their weight loss journey always with a focus on sustainable change, a balanced approach and improving relationship with food.
